The World Wide Web has redefined our concept of freedom, of what we can see, what we can afford to consume (free books, free music, free images, free sounds) and has given platforms to millions of people who previously had no voice. The articles necessary to obtain this freedom however are often costly pieces of software.

This work was part of a larger body of work and ongoing investigation which I called 'Screen Play'. As well as investigating the play between two and three dimensional images it played around with ideas of the popular consumption of art on the web and how we encounter paintings through increasingly accelerated glimpses of images.
